All my designs start as paintings that tell the stories of real people's adventures in nature. This design is inspired by a tattoo commission for a Pacific Crest Trail thru hiker whose trail name is "Pony Bear." Look close to see a backpacker within the horse, snowcapped mountains, starry nights, pine tree forests, wildflowers, and lots more groovy elements of mother earth!
